MKCD-2020 is designed to measure the thickness of case-hardened layer and is capable of measure depths ranging from 1.5mm up to a maximum of 8mm.

MKCD-2020 provides inspectors accurate and immediate reading of case depth hardened layer.

Its compact physical dimension and simple to use operation make on-site inspection easy and swift.

It also provide B-Scan image of the tested material that represent the cross-section of scanned area. By implementing mean value averaging process the case depth thickness is instantly calculated and displayed.

Probes are specially deigned for case depth measuring and customized as customers needs.
